Food and Beverage Coatings

We provide coating services to bring your food and beverage plant to compliance with FDA and USDA standards. We use zero VOC coatings where needed, antimicrobial coatings for work areas and floors. Non-skid flooring areas that withstand thermal shock and high pressure cleaning.

NSF AND USDA APPROVED COATINGS

We offer a variety of floor coatings and systems designed to withstand heavy impacts, dampness and temperature extremes. And it will endure the aggressive cleaning that’s part of your everyday life. We've also designed a wide range of wall coatings for food and beverage environments that will resist steam, high temperature and heavy cleaning. NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is a cabinet-level agency that oversees the American farming industry. USDA duties range from helping farmers with price support subsidies, to inspecting food to ensure the safety of the American public.

FLOOR COATINGS

Are tough, protective layers used in applications where heavy surface wear or corrosion is expected. Typical applications include warehouses, chemical plants, and manufacturing floors. Floor coatings can also be used to: brighten or define areas of facilities.

  • Line striping to comply to 5S standards
  • Antimicrobial flooring for food and beverage plants
  • ESD flooring for areas where static electricity is a concern
  • Urethane floors in warehouses and hangars

ANTI-MICROBIAL EPOXY FLOORING

It Impedes the Growth of Bacteria. It is made with an integral EPA-registered antimicrobial component to impede the growth of microorganisms, thus providing long term protection from a broad spectrum of bacteria, fungi, yeast, actinomycetes and mildew. It also provides contamination-fighting properties not only across the surface of your floor, but all throughout the polymer material used to make it, giving you the additional anti-pathogen safeguards you need inside and out.

URETHANE FLOORING

Urethane concrete, or urethane cement, is a category of industrial concrete floor coatings that utilizes urethane resin technology to bind engineered cement powder aggregate powders, creating a high-performance floor surface.

ZERO VOC COATINGS

VOC stands for "volatile organic compound." VOCs are found in many building materials and are partially responsible for that new paint smell. They are carbon-containing substances that easily become vapors or gases. They can be present in paints and coatings. We only use zero-voc for that reason.
